9 years in digital

With 9 years’ experience in digital teams within large corporates, I take a strategic and action-oriented approach.

I have applied my approach across financial services, telecommunications, utilities, member services, retail and more.

I conduct field studies, surveys,  interviews and workshops to surface pain points. I then produce journeys and blueprints to visualise the barriers and opportunities.

Wireframing

From sketches to hi-fi wireframes, I develop wireframes that visualise and communicate the way forward, effectively.

Delivery

I work with developers, producers and vendors to bring designs to life and implement best practice UI.

Performance

Continuous improvement helps me keep up with what customers expect. I take an iterative approach that’s about constant evolution.
